RPE or emoticons, these indicators will provide us with more information about the general feel of your training session than any number from your watch.

Injury box

You can find them under each workout. Here you can declare any injury that you may have suffered during a session. We will re-adjust the plan to compensate for your injury, while also explain to you how to avoid it in the future!

Detailed Notifications

New and improved in-app and email notifications, for everything that matters, fully sorted and categorised. An email notification will seamlessly redirect you to the page of actionable interest, within the app.

Calendar Notes

Remember anything about a certain workout. You will receive a notification for each new note we add; you’ll also get an email notification. And, you can add your own notes too!

Message board

Send messages, post announcements, paste links, upload images or other material! This will make communication with lightning-fast!
